Sometimes, repairs are necessary. When they are, the tenant will call us to report the problem. We then write up a work order and determine which qualified repair professional(s) we should assign to the job.
This is why we have a maintenance reserve fund setup for your account. It allows us to take care of any repairs to your property in timely manner.
In the event of an emergency, we will do what is necessary to prevent any further damages. We will contact the owner as soon as possible to let them know exactly what has occurred. If the emergency constitutes filing an insurance claim, we will help you file your claim. We communicate with the insurance adjusters to expedite getting them the proper information for the claim.
