When the tenants move into the property, we conduct a written inspection with them. We go through the property room by room, photograph, and write a report on the condition of everything we see including, but not limited to:

Appliances

Flooring

Windows

Window Coverings

We also include the general appearance of the exterior of the property in our report. If any items need the attention of a repair professional, a work order is written up. We like to take care of outstanding repairs at the beginning, when the tenant first moves in. Our report and photos are then used as a reference when the tenant moves out, to make sure that everything is left in good condition.
