Each month we conduct an exterior inspection of your property. We take note of the appearance of the property, including the condition of both the house itself and the landscaping.
If during the inspection we find anything that we feel requires attention, we post a correction notice.
After a few days, we return to the property for a re-inspection. By this time the problem has usually been taken care of. If the tenant has not resolved the issue, we will send maintenance personnel to remedy the situation, and then bill the tenant.
We also look for any preventative maintenance items. This allows us to notify you, the owner, before any problems escalate.
